Easy answered, this is a common glitch where npc enemies would follow the player and then teleport/lag away

2 RepliesI've ran into him down there before. Shocked me since the only enemies down there are supposed to be the 3 hive. He showed up a few more times and I killed him once and he never came back.

4 RepliesHappens every now and then. You occasionally activate a fallens chase ai from either the surface or the map room. The game recognises that fallen arn't meant to be down there and disappears them
