yup, love it. Got it from an engram a month or so ago. I haven't fully upgraded its damage, but all the perks are unlocked. It's made me more accurate in PvP. I have to hold the target for longer to kill them while simultaneously strafing. Plus it sounds amazing... as do all exotics.
