Keep in mind, you will likely be able to upgrade MiDA, all of these killer legendaries will be dust collectors when HoW drops. Not that you can't upgrade armor, but a scout that does max damage will be good to have when you start the DLC.

That's a fair point, and one I hadn't thought of. Not sure it changes my original plan... but the exotics/legendaries and their relevance post-HoW isn't really something I'd taken into account. If I were a huge fan of Scout Rifles in general, you might have actually won me over with this comment. However, I'd probably just end up using Bad Juju, or Red Death, or something of that nature, as an exotic primary, before I'd go with MIDA. Thanks for the interesting take on this, tho :)
