It's so inaccurate at even mid range. The nerf that affected all fusion rifles made the Vex terrible to use in PvE and PvP.
If you have the Vex Mythoclast, try going to patrol and aiming at a stationary target from mid range. It's crazy how inaccurate it is!
I know bungie said they know of the issue. But I hope that they fix is soon because I want to enjoy this beautiful weapon I just received!
Has anyone else tried using it after the nerf to fusion rifles' accuracy?
Edit: in the patch notes on Feb 25th, the devs said that the Vex was "affected by the overall changes to fusion rifles in the fix" and that they "intend to fix the problem in a later update". But they also kind of made it sound like what they are going to fix is the ammo problem. Mixed message if you ask me.

1) Vex was never a weapon that thrived on accuracy. It is best used as a brute force bullet hose. 2) vex does not have hitscan. The recent major crucible lag is probably definitely influencing perceptions of its accuracy. 3) if you spawn into Crucible with another primary equipped, you can bypass the ammo bug. 4) this gun still melts face in both PvE and PvP.
