Wow. How about this, if you want to know who "earned" their weapons just look at their profile and look at hrs played. Either way does it really matter? Let me guess, you probably have or know someone who has a Dead Orbit shader right? Guess they "earned" that too, because I'm lvl 42 on my 2nd character (and a combined lvl 30ish on my 3rd because I've deleted it a few times) and still haven't received one. This game is RNG, we should be happy Xur sells anything at all so we can earn what we aren't lucky enough to randomly receive. [spoiler]I have easily over 1000 hrs probably closer to 1500 hrs.[/spoiler]
