The rapier is insane and really makes you a better shot (13 rounds mean each one is more important)

If it can one shot equal level low rank enemies with headshots I'm in. I have 19 rounds on my Another NITC and the stoping power is only slightly better than my old Pickpocket Saint.

1 shots most stuff, talking about it made me want to pull it out and shoot stuff again, feels like a sniper with its range
