Forested planet in Destiny
I think it'd be really awesome if there was a destination in Destiny that was an actual forest or a thick jungle. It'd be very interesting to look at and explore. Either that or a snowy planet or perhaps another destination on Earth that is in the high mountains.
Bump if you think this would be cool.
Edit 1: I did see the pre-launch gameplay videos which seemed to show a lot of cut areas in the game. I'm sure we'll see these later in DLC, hopefully anyways. I really hope they make that Europa concept art into an actual location though because it looks awesome.
Edit 2: Star Wars isn't the only Science Fiction franchise to have forest and snow planets. Lol. Just saying. Venus doesn't count as "thick jungle" because there's actually hardly any trees in the explorable areas.

It's health bar suddenly appeared, it was black, and then the name of the beast... Guardian: Luke... Smith? With a sudden slice of the scissors the Guardian was gone. The ghost flew up to Luke. Ghost: So what'd ya do with this one? Luke Smith: He'll be used on a later date, like the rest of the content I cut. Luke then pulled a book out of his ass. Luke Smith:When people see this they will have to throw money at the screen, but to bad they will only see it in a trailer, and it will then be cut back further. So ends our tale of the Guardian who ventured out and wanted to play the game the way he wished to play. Remember, play the way you want to play as long as it's the way Bungie wants you to play.

Hey here's an idea, how bout planets with multiple climates, say like I dunno......Earth! Not hating on ur post but y in the world does Bungie make planets like all there is, is one climate. Like someone said below, we r not following realistic scientific data blah blah blah, so let's make destinations have variable climates. We dnt need a ton of planets just planets with a ton of places and things to do! Sign if u agree!

Why don't we go and try to explore those mountains we see off in the distance when we are in the tower? I think it'll be neat. Especially when the back of the tower is open and we get a great view of those mountains. Also, how about we get to explore the Last City? Maybe there would be short missions you can do. Maybe a random civilian is working with the Fallen and is trying to give them some dead ghosts to analyze? Or maybe a civilian is trying to give the Fallen a map of the City that shows its weak points? Or maybe the classic situation of the Fallen invading the City, and we have to stop them? So many ideas! [spoiler]dang I just saw how long this is[/spoiler]

I think the idea with the city around the tower is that it is the last safe place on earth. If enemies got there it would be the end. Maybe that's where the story will take place near the end of the story

Unfortunately this is a shooter, so that won't ever happen, also they kinda -blam!-ed up "The jungles of venus" already sooo... Kerbal space program has some Addons though, and because of Those I can go explore a jungle planet, the whole damn thing for that matter, and another 15 planets to go with it

TBH I wish they took all of the main developers from Bungie and focused on destiny 2. I want destiny 2 to be what destiny vanilla should've been.
