Best legendary arc burn rocket launcher?
I need a non exotic rocket launcher as I have plenty of void and solar heavy weapons but only seem to have arc machine guns in thunderlord and harms way. Would like a arc rocket launcher for arc burns especially so I don't have to use an exotic slot in the heavy
