Doing Tiger Strikes is where I got my Hawkmoon!

I only ever get blues on tiger.

It doesn't look like you've done enough strikes. Check your Grimoire score for Activities/Strikes/Completions. The more you do the more stuff drops for you. Look at my completions if you get a chance, once you get to that level it starts to rain purples and exotics drop more frequently. Happy striking!

If I remember correctly, I got TLW from a Tiger strike. I was shocked because I'd never seen it happen. I wasn't doing the ROC because I didn't want to do the crappy new strikes at the time.
