Iron Banner: 10 kill w/o dying bounty is not cohesive w/ the others

A little background: -got rank 5 on 3 chars doing all 6 bounties - fri - sun plus 2-3 games on monday -this bounty is the fastest one to get and sometimes the easiest, also the most frustrating. Point: All other bounties are pretty cohesive with objectively winning iron banner 10 kill one is not. Why this Bounty needs to change; -tends to cause players to stay back and buddy f*@&k another. ie. 3v3 encounter, person attempting bounty ditches the other 2. or 2 ditches 1 -players do not cap points, they hide and/or try to bait teammates, afraid to get sticky naded or supered. Replace it by something like score 3000/4000+ points in a single game: -encourages players to actually play the game mode. also leads better games and player experience overall and Less rage from having 8/9 kills and getting killed at random by super, grenade or lag switch player. On a side note the melee bounty should be modified or replaced. To get to finish this bounty, i find people (myself included) throwing my last game to get this bounty out of the way. as it is usually the last one i need to complete. Well guys, what do you think?
