Because golden gun and blade dancer give you consistently 3-4 kills a super and with gunslinger trance it regens a lot faster as opposed to titan and warlock where you're lucky to get a double kill with the super and 3-5 is rare so they can consistently get 4-6 more kills a game on average easily. Golden gun is basically running around with a final round sniper with 4 bullets that drops orbs.

Warlocks and Titans get fewer because they panic button it. If you wait for groups ups your average increases. Hunter supers can't be panic buttoned because of the slow start up time. As a hunter I don't use a super unless there is a group to hit or a super to counteract. Even then I'll usually just make due with my weapons.

Only game mode that people really bunch up is control.

They bunch up in all game modes. It'll be choke points in the map or team camping spots. In TDM style games you'll see some teams even run as a group.

The ones that coordinate and move as a group are insanely deadly though. If you see that, those people are generally very good

True but that's where non line of sight nova bomb and fist of havoc works well. I see novas thrown through windows and doors all the time. Similar with fist of havoc. But those type are hard for any class to deal with. Pretty much all supers are best used against bunched up enemies. I've also found all the supers fun to use. But they all play different with different strengths and weaknesses.
