I got 2/3 pieces needed for my (10hr) Hunter, and have quickly realized that sapphire wire is going to be an issue, upgrade wise. I've determined that buying it through Roni's armour and dismantling it will cost about 28,000 glimmer. And the upgrades for the armour themselves is around 15,000. So if anyone has any glimmer saving tips let me know.
