Is the IceBreaker the best weapon in destiny? (Not crucible)

What exotic weapon is the best in destiny, typical I would say IceBreaker but I just wanted to see others opinions...

Every weapon is situational, but my go to exotic is the Mida Multi-Tool.........that thing wrecks! As far as IB and BH, I just switch between the two for ammo but prefer the BH.
