It is definitely one of the best exotic weapons in the game, under Gally

I think it's more useful than gally. All gally really does is smash bosses, you can use icebreaker on anything at any time

Until you pair one with a titan wearing Ruin Wings. Then you just laugh your A off and shoot things indiscriminately with it. Packs of mobs? Sure... Smaller blast radius, pay no mind... Wolfpack got ya covered.

Icebreaker/HoC is a much better combo than gally/Black hammer. It's all situational, if there's a boss fight of course I'll hit the Gally but icebreaker suits playing styles a lot better

Um u can use Gally for anything and it is the most damaging gun in the entire game so I don't know what drugs u on but what ever
