Never done VoG. Apart from the shaders, there doesn't seem like a good enough reason to try and get on with a party willing to take me through it.

Shaders? There are class items, ships, a sparrow, and some exclusive weapons, but there wasn't a shader as far as I know.

The scout (VoC) and Fatebringer make it worth it. They are only 300 damage, but both are still beasts! VoC is one of my favourite weapons.

Fatebringer, Vex and two other chances at exotics is not enough reason?

Have hawkmoon, and I'm not huge on hand cannons. VoC though I totally forgot about.
