I skimmed through this, but it seems like most complaints come from you needing to get better at crucible; not crucible getting nerfed so that you can be better..
Like the shotgun slide issue.. A skilled shotty player is at an advantage when going up against a sliding shotty player because the slider has to recalibrate aim much more quickly, whereas the standing player just has to get the timing right on the shotgun burst.
What you said concerning guns is true though. Skilled players shouldn't feel forced to use select weapons to feel competitive in PvP.. I used to hate Thorn wielders but now I jumped the bandwagon because the gun is straight silly maxed out in IB

Lol you act like you're the only one who can drop 40 kills. You only have 16 reign of terrors in total. I have more than double that!! Lol You've never had an unbroken either. Anyways, since you're being a smart ssa. A primary is your main weapon that should receive the most use. Due to an abundance of special ammo, we have scrub lords like yourself who are taking advantage of it. Sad thing for you, when they do reduce the amount of special ammo, you're actually going to have to have some form of skill. It will be a rough transition, but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it!

It's not clear how they will change special ammo spawns and if it will be effective, but they already announced changes in the next update. And boy do I hope these changes will force players like you to change their play style and actual use primaries. Right now you are forced to use a shotty half the time in PVP because everyone just tries to get close to you and the maps actually make that possible. In my opinion, you should start without any special ammo and afterwards it should spawn twice a match. That'd force people to keep their distance.
