As a bubble Titan that has learned how to counter pretty much every strategy against bubble with a fair amount of reliability, I'm going to drop some advice in here.
First is proper placement. A bubble in the right place can demolish opposing teams. The right place is rarely right on top of a control point.
Second is using the proper set up for your purpose. Bubble gear and perks are not one size fits all. Saint-14, armor of light, and shotgun are not the only things you can use. Sometimes you need to use your bubble as a buff zone while running and gunning. Glasshouse, blessing or weapons of light, and almost any gun are good here. Area denial is where saint-14 shines. Drop the bubble on a choke point, retreat, and pop blinded people if they try to brave it. Good for those pesky snipers camping back from control points. Throw the bubble down between the snipers and the point, cap the point and leave.
Last, and perhaps most important, is situational awareness and control. You need to know what subclasses and weapons are being used. You need to know where everyone is as much as possible. You need to force the enemy to go where you want them to go. Don't get so distracted by the idiot dancing outside your bubble. Half the time, if you leave him alone, he'll end up getting popped with a headshots from an ally, anyway. Play with the volume up. You need to know when and where golden gun has been used. My favored strategy is to jump back out of the bubble while lobbing suppression grenade over the top toward the gunslinger. If I get him, I'm good. If not, I hope I can book it while the ward buys me two shots of time. Sunsinger warlocks aren't much of a threat against armor of light and shotgun, though there is a good chance they'll get enough grenades into the bubble to kill you, too. Arc blade is even easier to kill if they try to get into your bubble. The razor edge is troublesome, though my strategy is similar to golden gun. Jump backward, when bubble collapses, unload on the blade dancer. With luck, killing the bubble exhausted their super. Nova bomb and fist of havoc are the only ones that are really difficult, though it can be easy to dodge if you know the signs. A striker that drops whatever he was doing to make a beeline straight for the bubble? Gonna smash it. Voidwalker trying to get above you? Gonna bomb it. There isn't a lot of defense against these two supers, but they are survivable. In both cases, you want to not be in the bubble. I have better luck leaping forward over a FoH than anything else. Strikers tend to try to hit inside the bubble, so often overshoot you. Leaping backwards exposes you to shock wave. For Nova bomb, you want to put the bubble between you and the warlock. The bubble will shatter, but will keep the bomb from hitting you. Watch for vortex, or the third mini bomb, though. Last bit of advice. Keep track of your team. You don't want to hang with them all in your bubble. If you find yourself with all six players in the bubble, vacate immediately. You have approximately half a second before your entire team is dead.
None of this is fool proof. But I find this works for me pretty well. I fare better with my bubble with these strategies than otherwise.
I love taunting them. Most of the time they are afraid to come out, so I act like I'm about to rush him over and over until the bubble drops, then I kiiiilllll!! It doesn't always go that way though
I use fist of havoc if I have it. If not I wave and move on.
Once me and a guy in a bubble had a dance off for about 15 seconds. Then I popped golden gun and killed him.
You can trade with him but with armor of light cant do anything but when they pop a bubble with weapons of light im like youre a dumbass and kill em then im happy again
