Stop cheesing the bridge already
Jesus I keep running into groups that are like "shit we don't have a warlock anyone wanna switch characters?" Like no dude -blam!-ing do the bridge legit it's fun and easy as -blam!-. Especially on normal it takes a few minutes. I'm amazed and appalled by the fact that every time I say lets do it legit at least two people ask "how? I've never done it" for the love of God HOW better have no cheeses it's annoying to have people learn to rely on that shit
Edit: I don't need a single thing from the raid. I have every raid weapon and exotic and over 100 radiant shards. People who are playing like they have 30 mins max rushing everything and playing a video game. They're working an extra job. Do it right and have fun

2 RepliesYou should work for Bungie, since you love to tell people how to play. By now it's clear they don't care about the Crota cheeses, if people finish the raid then their purpose was achieved, and considering the amount of glitches it has, the least we can do is use tricks of our own.

the raid is basically just "run bridge bridge run kill kill" so some people want to get the new gear so they can have a chance at competing with everyone else but this routine gets boring so they skip the boring parts to hurry up and finish it

It is a game. Console video games history is BUILT on (cheesing) or in real gamers dialect... cheating the AI, via codes, exploits, level skips, or whatever. It is our game and we should be able to play it however we wish. (Now is the time for fanboys to tell me... "the game belongs to Bungie.") People who complain about cheating AI dont' really understand console's past or history. As long as it doesn't completely ruin PvP, why such rage for gamers who wish to cheat? Are you an elitist snob? Do you think somehow that cheating hurts the game? ARe you sorry for Atheon or Crota? Do you cry yourself to sleep that the Sword Bearer and the two ogres didn't have a better chance at killing the 6 Guardians who made the Bridge section easier? Can we please grow up, ACTUALLY learn what is and has been the precedent for COnsole video games, stop thinking you know it all.... WHEN YOU DON'T, and leave people alone. This goes for Bungie too, since they are more concerned with FIXING cheats, than actually implementing things gamers want. Therefore, unintended consequences happen that break the game even more. That is the penalty for Bungie, when they believe they KNOW BETTER than Console manufacturers, developers, and publishers, and the Console video game industry as a whole of the past. However, we the players of Destiny are the ones forced to bear the brunt of Bungie's errors at least for now. Consider this: If Shigeru Miyamoto had taken away the 100 man trick in Super Mario Bros., or Konami had never again used the Konami code for Contra, Gradius III, and so many other games, or Bungie would have removed the ability to Warthog Jump, and skip levels, etc. in Halo, WOULD those games have been as big and as influential as they were? The answer is, that beyond Super Mario Bros., ALL of the games made popular through cheats, boss exploits, codes, and more would have never have been as famous had it not been for the extra allure of the "secret" codes that were locked away within the game. But what does history matter, right? This is an MMO... (oh wait, Bungie said it wasn't), and this is the future and Bungie is god and fanboys and all others should bow down to whatever Bungie does. All who don't are blaspheming......

Cheesing's for scrubs. Our clan does it legit every time. The reaction from the 1 or 2 PUGs we bring with us is always classic. Also, I think I've yet to find a random on LFG that even knows how to execute a legit bridge run. SMH.

I run level 27-29s through for fun. Dont think they are gonna raise the bridge.

Haha tell me about, I enioy doing it properly, its fun. I will say that when I have an hour to play, I will cheese normal and hard to get it done quick. Specially if I have to be awake at 5am for work.

You don't even need a warlock to cheese the bridge and it's easy to solo either way. Who ever you are playing with are stupid.

The bridges and thrall maze are my two favorite parts of the raid. I get irritated when people just want to cheese it.

5 RepliesBet you or anyone in here that I can solo/cheese the bridge faster than any legit player in here. We can make a video and the loser has to admit the other way is better. Plus I will take 5 (27s) with me since they can't physically hurt anything anyways I am sure they would be happy for the help.
