Been stuck at level 28 for almost 2 months
I cant get anything good at all. Got only 2 legends (Exodus greaves and a scout rifle) and an exotic helmet. I have played hours and hours of Roc Strikes, and only one legend engram. Please help me.

Then you should have enough vanguard marks to buy their purple gear. Do it before the reset and you can get to 31 by Thursday.

U can buy gear that gets u up to 31 if u get an exotic peice. What system are you on?

It shouldn't of taken you more than 3 weeks to get to level 31 using vanguard gear. Doing the 100 marks a week for 3 weeks allows for a 3/4 legendary gear pieces and doing the weekly those three weeks allows for enough strange coins for an exotic piece. So really if you can pull a exotic Helmet and then 225 marks later you will be 31

just buy the gear at the vanguard vendor. that will carry you up to a 31, and you should have plenty of marks seeing how you've done so many ROC Strikes.

You can not wait on the RNG. Buy the gear you want from vendors. A full set of vendor legendaries will take you to lvl 31. Once you buy your legendaries start running Vault of glass raids for shards to upgrade your gear. Once you do that start running Crotas End. That's basically the whole game.

2 RepliesCalled vanguard marks, you get 100 a week if you do rocs. You should have been able to buy armor to get to 30. Doing dailys would have given you upgrade materials.

Raids are what you need to be doing you'll never get a good set of armour and all the shards to upgrade them

You should have plenty of VG marks and rep to buy armor. Xur. You also could have grinded IB all week. No excuse to be 28 for more than a week or so and that's if you're casual

Well, on the upside, you have a sweet scout rifle :) Just build up marks and buy some vanguard gear. Once you hit 30, start running Crota (Use LFG/forums). Build up the gear and you'll be 32 in no time.
