It's only a vert VERY slight difference in both damage & damage resistance. It wouldn't make it go too much faster.

I believe there is a huge difference. But not a must. As long as they don't recruit for 29's it seems fine but "must 32's" is a bit overdoing it.

there is no difference from 31-32 in VOG. go check ur damage numbers.

There's a huge difference in crota raid, not vog. Bc vog hard was meant for at highest lv 30's, anything above has been nerfed to be lv 30. Only damage resistance is the thing i notticed. And thats just cause they're 2 lv above what used to be the hightes lv in the game. Damage output is pretty much the same, give or take ten damage.
