Requiring 32 for vault of glass?
All over destiny lfg all everyone says is must be 32. I don't understand why? We used to do that shit with lvl 30s lol. I just think it's funny!

1 ReplyI've beaten it with all 29s back in the day. I don't get what the problem is. And as long as people can Dodge and play Smart I'll take 29s through crota to help them get gear. I've Done It! I just need a 32 sword bearer or a 32 with gjalla and I sword bear. The other 4 are Inconsequential! Elitists. Pffftt. Trash!

Now, a level 30 is a Christmas noob with unlevelled vendor gear and trash weapons. This is why it's now common to see level 30's die over and over. The goalposts have shifted. Post-DLC 30's are garbage.

5 RepliesI agree. I beat it at level 30 across 3 characters on hard no cheese more than 50 times. Last night I ran with a random group and some guy was all if you're not level 32 don't pick up the relic. (1 lvl 30 and 1 lvl 31) I'm like dude beat this many times at level 30. There's no reason for 29+ peeps to have issues in the vault.

6 RepliesThis last Nightfall with Omnigul, I couldn't get anyone to accept my 30 Warlock. Everyone wanted 31+. It just means they're scrubs. So I started a group and disallowed anyone level 32. It was amazing how many 29 & 30 people were spamming me with msgs. And you know what?!?! I actually completed the raid faster and easier with the lower levels than when I had the 32 Elitists "helping" me out. Memo to all of you 32 Elitists out there... Your a$$ has the same crack in it that everyone else's does. There's nothing special about you, snowflake. Except maybe you have hours upon hours every day to run raids. The rest of us have a thing called "lives" outside of Destiny. I realize it's difficult to understand. You should try turning off the console once in a while and develop something called "common courtesy". Sorry.../rant

Yea those type of people need to be beaten with a hammer. It's a level 30 raid. Beaten by many level 30's before the DLC.

I had a 32 till my cousin deleted my chest piece but I would make it priority to carry people through crota and vog. It was quite fun too seeing how excited they get when they get gear

Considering its level capped at 30, there's no point for a 32. The slight increase in your defensive rating means jack squat.

The only reason I prefer level 30+ is because If your not even capable of buying your way to level 31, in not willing to waist time carrying someone so lazy through a raid

2 RepliesEvery HM Crota raid I've beaten has had 2-3 level 31s. All 32 is the sign of an unconfident fireteam leader. Really if the whole team had 331 Gallys I bet you could easily own Crota with only a single 32 swordbearer.

I played with a fire team full of 32 and they couldn't even do the oracles. So there is no excuses

I think that min requirements should just be ledendary weapons at 300atk.

Eg 6 lvl32s shooting at aetheon with icebreakers + weapons of light bubble buff. He'd go down waaaay quicker (though the damage is actually capped on aetheon i think) same logic applies to the regular enemies. Though it doesn't really matter that much in VoG to be honest[/spoiler] I have been informed that this is incorrect info. Higher level only scales down incoming damage based on lower enemy level rather increasing your output if your level is higher aswell. Sorry for the incorrect info.
