Requiring 32 for vault of glass?
All over destiny lfg all everyone says is must be 32. I don't understand why? We used to do that shit with lvl 30s lol. I just think it's funny!

I used to do VoG hard at lvl 28/29 and I held my own... Now I'm 31 and people still don't want me... Haha

7 RepliesThere's a damage cap on vault... haha you all do the same damage as 30's. Be a 30 and shoot a vision, same damage as your 32 friends with same gun. Figured this out running vault with 31's right after crota dropped

I would be requesting people who have some of the VoG gear on instead. Level 32 means nothing for the VoG, but having gear designed to help in the VoG is much more preferable.

2 RepliesThis is why I post a Grimoire requirement and NOT a light level requirement. I also won't join a raid party that states "looking for 30+" as these people don't understand a damage cap and more than likely are sub par raiders at best.

When people Are at the level it usually means they have played a decent amount. 32 = experienced Now there are exceptions and not all 32s know how to do the VOG but it's understandable why people ask for 32 because it's the level cap. Eventually people will be posting "crota hard 34s only" Tl/dr it's isn't really the level that matters it's the fact 32 is the level cap . I will raid with anyone but it's pretty easy to understand why people ask for for it

Because many players don't understand the damage mechanics of the game. It'll be the same with crota once people get gear that raises them above level 33. The only difference in damage comes when using the 300 vs 331 weapons.

I can understand maybe with hard but even then it's only level 30 so aslong as everyone has decent weapons dunno why it should matter buuuut I will add I'm a level 32 and the hob goblins where still ripping through me but I am a hunter so it's expected :S
