I don't have one but people who do don't use it. That's a failed attempt at an exotic, triply so because it's a hard mode-only raid exotic. Especially since Crota is equipped with such a potent anti-guardian lag defense mechanism. I feel like the entire Dark Below weapon plan was a troll attack. Half of the exotics they introduced were unusable jokes. The other half, Dragon's Breath and 4th Horseman, were neat, but the shotgun brought nothing unique to the table. The launcher did, but it was so carefully balanced to avoid being another Gjallarhorn that it's actually not a viable exotic either. If it had proximity detonation and 10-15% more velocity so players have a real choice between Heavy Payload and Javelin it would be a good exotic launcher. No Reason To Exist is a dick move because there are only a handful of exotics and that rifle is some kind of MLG-only PVP-only gimmick. If there were hundreds of legendary weapons and 30-50 exotics it would not be so bad, but at the moment it feels like a total waste of the developer's time when they could have been making a fun, useful exotic instead. The 4th Horseman was also apparently broken by the 1.1.1 patch. I know I haven't been killed with one in some time. That leaves the Nechrochasm, painstaking to get, with an interesting staged development, but largely outclassed by every legendary primary weapon. Out of the four exotic weapons, only the Dragon's Breath is really usable as a serious weapon, and even then it is not a better choice than any legendary launcher with tripod, high velocity, a large blast zone, and tracking or proximity detonation. The people designing these guns need to throw their Activision supervisor out the window and have some fun creating interesting and viable gear.

It is a victim of the AR nerf. There are others that would be great weapons that also got axed. I love the necrochasm and my little hardlight but both suffered thanks to the pvp tears.
