Okay so I can say I used to do this. I kinda still do so let me give you some context. I was just doing Atheon on hard. Realitivly simple raid. Easy enough get relic kill orcles open portal shoot atheon in the face. (Metaphoricaly of course). Now I have done this many of times through good RNG and bad *flash back to 3 millionth chatter white*. No problems till today... now how your 'leader' (usaly me but not this time) acts drastically affects ypur team even if you dont see! I have seen this! I have had a team of all 32s before and done great! Killed templar no prob gotten atheon to like 1 hp. But then that one huy gets pissed (trust me you know that guy!) And then your team starts failing teleport one. What Im saying is while an attitude of "oh ima shotgun atheons face off LOL IMA DEAD" Doesnt cut it either make sure you have that nice environment and if needed take a quick run for fun! Youd be supirsed how well youll do after a fun session of skirmish or control! Keep your raids fun guys! Even Atheon is hard with a rotten team member!
