I completed this bounty months ago as I happen to have a few Rare fusion rifles on hand with all three of my characters at the time. I tried farming a few more of them with little success, so I ended up buying the rest from the Gunsmith when they were FINALLY in stock. Admittedly, Bungie should consider streamlining this particular bounty stage a bit due to how "rare" Rare fusion rifles can be.
