How many games did it take you to get the 500 points for the thorn bounty?
I assume not many people keep track of this stat but I figure if you averaged 10 void kills a game with no deaths it would take 10 games. I estimate the average player to have a k/d around 1:1 and that puts you in the 17 game range. Where do you stand?
Edit: I'm referring to the crucible portion. 1 kill = 5 points and 1 death = -2 points.
If you claim to have done this in 3 games then you must have gone 33 and 0 three times in a row. If you are that good we should all be able to see it in your stats.
Edit: It sounds like assists count for some people and they don't for others. If you comment a number of games it would be helpful if you comment whether assists counted or not.

Edited by Soul4444: 3/21/2015 11:31:46 AMI don't think the average player kd is 1.1 I dunno maybe it is but I'm in the top 20 percent I thinks with a 1.41 Just to add a lot of people don't go all void you need to be all void with a titan or / especially a warlock and use all void weapons.

First time took a while cause I didn't have many void guns, second time took like 6 matches. It's not hard to get 30 kills in control. You can go 30/25 and get it in 5 games, which is just a 1.2 kd.

I did it with an uncommon machine gun and shotgun...RNG hates giving me void stuff

Not too many. I got it done pretty fast when I used my Atheon's Epilogue.

I only just got it last night, after 17-20 games I think. Being fairly mediocre at PVP and not having a void primary made it a slower process than what I would have liked. Also having the red death made it more difficult because red death is awesome and I didnt want to use anything else!

4 RepliesI did it in 5 games. I just did rumble a long ass time ago with 2 other friends and they just ran to me at a specific place in the map while in party chat. There were about 2/3 of my kills and I never died more than once. Yes I know this is a cheap way but I had just gotten the bounty and they suggested it, who am I to turn down a freebie?

I got this bounty shortly after the CE DLC came out and I finished it two weeks ago. Haha. I suck at PVP and because I work full time and have a family, I don't have a lot of time to sit down and get it done. My load out which helped was a maxed out WOC, Secret Hand Shake ( with Void Damage ) and Truth. I am happy to be done with that bounty.
