If you utilize Gunslinger's Trance (precision kills increase stability, stacks 3x) and Chain of Woe (precision kills increase reload speed, stacks 3x), the gun absolutely chews through enemies in PvE. EDIT: It still needs a buff. EDIT 2: OK so I just ran an Omnigul ROC Strike with the Necrochasm, and this thing was struggling against red Captains...
