Fastest way to get Ascendant Shards?
So I'm a level 30 Titan, and the only thing reason I'm not level 31 is because I don't have enough Ascendant shards to finish upgrading my armor. I still need like 33 more of the things and it's taking forever. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get them quickly? Thanks!
Note: I ran VOG on hard and got the Titan VOG helmet. I know it's not as good as it used to be but, should I keep it? Or should I dismantle it for shards?

Wow I remember when I needed ascendant shards. Just go play crota dude. Vog gear is useless unless it has sentimental value for someone.
