One way to look at it is that you can play PvP by yourself--you don't have to find a whole team of six and deal with them throughout the whole raid, which requires teamwork and strategy. You can just grind Iron Banner all by your lonesome and eventually be level 32. :)

I am gonna use it for my Titan so I can have 3 32s, I personally feel more accomplished with CE gear but 3 weeks and no boots means IB for me, lol.

Same. Have gotten the raid gauntlets 4 times and no other armor, only shards and energy. So IB it is.
