I'll need about 10 square miles to be cleared and leveled, and I'll need measures put in place to keep civilians away. Project Gorgon could be somewhat hazardous to any individuals on the premises who have not taken proper precautions.

Base and city are already separated by 60 miles of woodlands, which are patrolled and guarded by enclave and BoS special forces teams.
