Free gallys
Nothing programmed can be entirely random... please write down the time, date, what mode, and what weapons you where using when you got it and we might be able to narrow this $hit down and get some more galleys out there... The more info we have the better off we are...thank you in advance for your cooperation. XD

It can be totally random pretty easily. The game goes you've completed XYZ (chest nightfall strike etc) program picks random number and if The number = a reward you get said rewards. I know people who got it on first nightfall and people who have 1700+ hours and still don't have it.

I understand the concept that "random" is mathematically impossible and thus can't truly exist is it's literal definition in a computer program. However, this does not mean that factors like weapon equipped, time of day or even the activity influence the generation of that number. Ask yourself this, if you designed the RNG variables would you take the extra time to build algorithms like that? If so for what purpose?[/spoiler]

I think it's an RNG based off of some certain digits way back in the decimals of some crazy precise clock. Like, for example, the computer says you finish at 3:45:27.74785437854222995335436[b]633[/b]68227 and the 633 corresponds to a certain slot in a table that determines your reward, and it's too precise of timing to be cheated. Even a computers response time would be too slow. Idk if I'm right though. It's just a theory
