3 commendations = reforge a vendor weapon

Another possible solution to help keep Commendations relevant is to refresh Vendor weapons (maybe once a week?) with RnG Elemental Damage Types and Perk Sets. Rank Packages [i]used[/i] to bless us with RnG versions of Vendor Armor or Weapons on a fairly regular basis. Since the addition of Commendations, it's more likely to get a Commendation as a [i]reward[/i]. WOO HOOO... (not) WHY would I want a [i]coupon[/i] to buy an off the shelf [inset Vendor weapon here] if I already have one???
