Calcutta LR2 - info (for the salty players that hate it)
For those of you who are salty as hell getting sniped by a white sniper called "Calcutta-LR2".
It DOES NOT have a high aim assist, it has a 46% aim assist, yet the snipers these salty players are using have a 64%+ aim assist on them. Yes it's on wikidestiny, yes people can edit that, but theres other resources with the same information that cannot be edited by any random person.

46% aim assist, yet LDR has a 64, and prudence, supremacy, and more have a 68+, i use the calcutta, i've been using it since the beta, i know how to shoot a sniper, and this was all started because i blained some salty kids who get mad that they die by a white sniper/someone who knows how to snipe, but they don't want to believe it. The reason i use it is because of the impact and the scope, it's perfect for small/mid ranged maps in tight situations for aggressive players. So if some dumbass player tells you "it has a 70% aim assist on it" or "the aim assist is too high, that's why he hit that" and you use the calcutta, send them this info and if you're one of those people that complain about it, maybe you should take the time to actually see how much aim assist you have on your sniper and just admit you got blained by a white sniper in the hands of someone who knows how to actually snipe.

I use the Calcutta maybe a little more than I should and I want to use it in trials because the scope and impact and I hate the messages I get for using I get hate mail almost every day because other people don't know how to snipe and I have also been using it since beta and has always been my favorite sniper

9 RepliesHey stranger idk you, but this post is 100% accurate. And for the retar- people that say it has a larger hitbox, no. No it doesn't. I'll be posting a rumble video where I prove this misinformation wrong. As for the scope, it's simply a short range scope that [i]all of the other snipers can roll.[/i] Crazy, rite?

3 RepliesLook at his recent games... He is not that good. 20k sniper kills is impressive but i'm not sure how you even have a 2.0 kd looking at all those recent games. Why did you leave so many with 0 kills? Looks like you are leaving before the game starts.....

2 RepliesIts nothing special. The more you play this game, the better one gets used to the weapons. Now I could roll with a white or green weapon with similar stats as purple/yellow. Just that the configurable options are missing (or less) and same with perks. Maybe dudes are just using it for the lulz. As in any sniper duel, those who complain are usually the one with the problem.

Sweaty sniper! I used to run with one before I got a better sniper with similar impact/better overall stats, it was decent. Aim assist is misleading, I don't think it helps any weapon "snap" to a target or location (like the auto-aim), but simply slows down the reticle when passing a target which I guess could be called shot assist (since the aim is still 99% you). Anyways, more salt please, teach those blink shotguns what it's all about.

I just made my hunter and I use it as my primary during crucible lol. Actually a decent weapon with good aim.

Obvious aimbotting, Calcutta nerf inbound. On the real tho.. I never understood all the hype/hate. Aim assist or no aim assist, a headshot is a headshot. I have a dream, that one day snipers will not be judged by the color of their rifles, but by how much head they get consistently. The money shot is the most important after all. I long for the day when I can forcefully penetrate your domes with my Longbow, or give your faces a load from my Black Hammer, without the fact that they're legendary making the experience any less special.. ;) Good headhunting brahs . Unless you're a final-rounder, then I hope Xür violates you with his tentacles..
