Imagine the amount of preparation a fireteam would need to go through, and how much communication they would need... Knowing that everything you've worked for is on the line... Your teammates must be as close as blood brothers and sisters... People you must have absolute confidence in that they know what they are doing...
The reward... A guaranteed exotic primary, special, or heavy weapon engram..

Xp bonus is 30% more than the nightfall bonus, and lasts twice as long
Edit: These rewards are just random ideas that were floating on the top of my head... Id like to hear your suggestions... I also wasn't implying to replace the nightfall with this crazy alternative... Have them side by side... As soon as you finish one, you wont get the rewards from the other...
Edit2: Another idea that popped up is improving your overall chances of RNG.. After the mission, each member of the fireteam has the option of choosing either armor, or weapons... After you make your selection, a set of 4 [b][u] weapons, or armor [/u][/b] would be [u]randomly generated[/u] for you to [u]choose[/u]... Each fireteam member would get issued a random set...

Would suck if you got kicked with one person alive and it counts the whole team as a wipe. You'll have some pissed off players from that lol.
