My younger brother downloaded the Dark Below DLC and I have been able to access it whenever I use my account as I should, but suddenly today it says I don't have it and need to download it in order to play on the content. Everything in the Tower is the same with Dark Below gear, even Eris Morn, just no access to any missions etc. I have also never been able to access his Advanced Warfare DLC but now this is ridiculous. Does anyone know why this is happening? Ive tried deactivating and reactivating the Primary PS4 crap, restoring licenses, even deleting the content and re-downloading it to no avail. I wish there was actual customer support on this. Thank you so very much to anyone who may reply with useful information.
