Monte Carlo= worst exotic besides nlb
Just got it... So disappointed
Edit: I meant to say it's bad unupgraded. I'd rather use my Ib or suros or mida

It's disappointing brand new I agree - but one of the most rewarding exotics to upgrade that I've encountered. Don't be discouraged - level it to the Monte Carlo Method perk and you'll see. (ps I recommend aggressive ballistics and field scout)
