Whenever I transfer items in the companion app my heart rate drops and the second I hit that button I feel as though I'm about to lose something important. Does anyone else feel like this? Reply with stories of you lost something.
Edit: Wow lots of feedback everyone!
P.S. I wasn't really looking for reviews, I use it all the time too, just wanted to see everyone's thoughts on it. Lol.

I was scared when I first used the chrome extension too. But have had no issues, and tons of saved time. One time I thought I lost an item.... and it ended up being in the vault, phew! I only use it in orbit, or after something loads. Never during matchmaking or loading
-
Love it. Can't put into words how much time it saves.
-
Just don't use it while in a loading screen, a fancy way of saying loading in destiny is "flying"
-
1 ReplyNo, never had a problem with it only issue is the people trolling about losing items.
-
nah son
-
1 ReplyNot even then slightest. Considering as soon as I hit the transfer button, bam right there on my screen
-
Nope. Have transferred a lot of weapons and mats, no problems.
-
I use it all the time, just not while loading
-
Works for me, faster than the tower for sure.
-
Just do it in orbit u be fine. I use companion app all the time
-
I use it all the time, since it was implemented and never had a problem. Just use it sensibly and you should be fine. Common logic is don't use it on loading screens.
-
No use it all the time during loading screens and never lost anything all ways pops up stright away if I'm taking something out for the vault

Edited by Doc SoCal: 3/13/2015 5:12:27 PMNope, it works great. Just don't be a dumbass and use it during loading screens. ; ) But even if you do and your stuff vanished momentarily, its just on another character.

My App crashed right after pressing 'move to vault' once, needless to say that I shit myself a little. Fatebringer was fine though, thankfully.

2 RepliesI swear my Dragons Breath got duplicated when i used the app - i know i only had 1, not sure where the 2nd one came from ....
-
I was very skeptical of using it at first but after a week or so I gave in and started using it. So far I haven't lost anything.
-
I use it all the time and never had a problem, fingers crossed that I never will .. But yeah I still get a little nervy when doing it, especially with my gally. Only have the one so it usually get passed between my characters for sloppy seconds ... and thirds.
-
No, it's worked great.
-
Nope. Love the transfer ability. It's faster than going to the tower.
-
2 RepliesPeople lie about losing stuff, 99% of the time
-
2 RepliesUsed it numerous times in every setting except in a loading screen and never lost anything. I have done it during strikes/raids, patrols/ missions, sitting in orbit and even while in the tower ( I know what's the point but I wanted to test it). Maybe I'll test the loading screen with 1 of my 10 against all odds
-
Don't use while in transit it dead and you'll usually be fine. Items usually reappear after a bit anyway. Just check all you character's inventories and restart Destiny. Items almost always reappear in a day or two
-
No. I DO try not to use it during loading screens however, just in case. I just love the items popping up in my screen.
-
Edited by mrwazzabi: 3/13/2015 4:42:59 PMI use it when not in game, or when in orbit But i never use it to transfer gjallarhorn or hawkmoon. Those guns are too precious to risk being lost.
-
I didn't lose anything but I have used it and it's really convenient. Just don't use it during load screens or transitions. If you're just sitting in orbit or on a planet, you'll be fine.

1 ReplyI literally use it every time I play.
