You must've logged into destiny between November 18th to January 15th, with the expansion(s) downloaded. If you were absent during this time period for any reason, I'm terribly sorry but you won't receive the sparrow.   • Mr Mulberry is correct. You appear to have not logged in to the game during the timeframe in which the sparrow offer was active.

  • Bungie does seem to have some difficulty bringing this information to its customers, perhaps something to keep in mind for future promotions.
