What of the three discipline, intellect and strength do you want? Intellect would be good for dipping fist of havoc a lot, discipline is good if you like to use your grenades and strength is good if you like to use your melee ability a lot. I would recommend the faction with intellect and discipline. Also consider the weapons and how cool each look. I went with new monarchy because it looked cool and was the first faction I ever found in the game (I didn't even know factions existed in the game. I thought I found some secret anti society group limited to those who found the leader. I thought it was the coolest thing ever to be a part of the new monarchy).
