I've damaged my 64" Samsung F8500. I have 400 hours played on Destiny over a period of 4+ months. The display was properly broken in and has over 2400 hours on it now (over 1000 hours on it before Destiny was even played) The super bar, weapon outline, primary ammo count, hard vertical line at the right edge of the HUD, and the health bar + death icon are all burned in to the display. I have quit playing and will not play again until HUD opacity options are added. To attempt to fix the issue I've been running the Disney WOW disc pixel flipper. The burn-in has faded slightly but doesn't appear to be getting any better. The damage is noticeable on light backgrounds but typically not during normal TV/movie viewing.
