If the ice breaker didn't exist on destiny. How would u react?

I honestly wouldn't care. I barely use it, my black hammer is just better when I need a sniper and it doesn't eat my exotic slot and lower my DPS. Hand cannons and scout rifles deal with adds, black hammer and G-horn for everything else.
