1. Don't jump when others are jumping, easy to get bumped off
2. Watch and LISTEN for a cycle before you go. You will learn the sound of the first pillar coming up before it's actually there so you can jump and get your feet on it just as it appears. This buys you a little extra time as you are "ahead of the puzzle" not "behind it"
2. Jump to second pillar (this is easier for me with Hunter... the Warlock and Titan glides can be harder to not "overshoot")
3. Jump to third pillar
4. Jump straight over to wall
5. DO NOT boost too early. Drop at least 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down before you boost. It will feel like you are going to miss... but you should glide right in for an easy landing.
Lastly... practice! Grab a check point at the gorgon maze if you have to and go back in alone and just keep doing it over and over. Whenever I'm raiding with someone who wants to quit/orbit... I try to talk them out of it and stick with attempting it. Sometimes, if they are receptive, I'll jump off to revive back at the top to just be there with them and not make them feel like everyone is waiting at the bottom. Less pressure if someone is up there with you.
