Over the past month I've only been drinking water. I've at least lost over 10 pounds since my last doctor visit last year. I have probably gained a bit then lost over 10 to get to my current weight. This makes me ecstatic knowing that I have the will power to get shit done.

Good luck. Back in september I lost 13 pounds in about a week because I had jaw surgery and my jaw was wired shut. Obviously you won't be able to do that, but if you go on a soft chew/liquid diet for a bit, it might help with the weight loss. I basically ate vegetable soup, chicken noodle soup, rice crispies cereal, hot chocolate, rice, and yogurt, ice cream, etc. It kinda sucked eating the same stuff over and over but it made me lose weight, and I didn't even want to lose weight.
