Over the past month I've only been drinking water. I've at least lost over 10 pounds since my last doctor visit last year. I have probably gained a bit then lost over 10 to get to my current weight. This makes me ecstatic knowing that I have the will power to get shit done.

You haven't been eating at all, or have dropped all other beverages in favor of water? If you have stopped eating, that isn't a good thing. If you dropped soda and juices, good for you bro! I'll opt for the second, as it makes more sense. Keep it up, its worth it. I'm down near fifty from my weight seven months ago. It takes time, but its worth it.
