It won't be as bad as you think because the time restrictive nature of the game means you won't get too far behind everyone. Plus when the new dlc is released you'll have vendor gear that will get you straight in to the new raid. Plus when everyone has to reupgrade weapons they'll be in the same boat as you lol. Overall I think you're making a good choice by the way, moved to sony this gem myself and definitely don't regret it!
