Every character class can do this by jumping on the first, second, and third platforms, then jumping from the third toward the wall. If warlock, double tap for the glide. If Titan, use your second jump at the height of the arc. If hunter, save your second/third jump for when you're close to landing (to slow your descent so you don't die from fall damage). No specials/bullshit necessary.
