The warlock glide. It's so slow and has extremely low maneuverability. In the air, warlocks are slugs.
-
Warlock's Glide is terrible.

Edited by Meilf: 3/12/2015 4:11:47 AMWhat do you consider to be negative about a jump? Is getting the highest or longest jump the best? Or are you looking for a strategical jump? Or just the mechanics of the jump? Imo it's all preference, like everything else in the game. There is no clear best or worst jump, weapon, ability, etc. The only thing to consider if your personal ability/preference. A lot of people base that off popularity (I.e. Suros, or hunters having the worst jump, or Titans fist vs bubble) TL;DR: All comes down to preference.
-
Technically only the Hunter has a jump. Titan and Warlock are the same thing except Titan goes higher and lasts shorter. Warlock goes farther and lasts longer.
-
As someone who's used each class extensively, I can can say that, overall, Hunters have the worst jump (even though they're my favorite). Though a low-level Warlock glide is easily the worst jump in the game. Blink is the best.
-
As I keep saying in these posts of "worst thing" there's no such thing like worst in destiny (only worst guns) there's only the jump that you don't like, for me it's the hunter, lesser control, warlocks have the best control, titans get the highest jump, and hunters... Well I don't know but for me I can't get up in something like those pillars in CE because they have less control over their jumps, once you jumped you can't control it like you can with the warlock or titan can

Edited by Astro-Louie: 3/12/2015 2:37:07 AMI love all classes but warlocks fly they feel fat

6 RepliesEdited by scuzzgolem: 3/10/2015 8:19:35 PMHave all three classes. Titan jump is the worst. Jumping higher does not make a jump better. Warlock is the best but it is the hardest to master.
-
To me it's warlock Although I like the warlocks jump to cover ground faster vs the Hunter. Titans got that boost Hunters got quick jumps and height I like all 3 but the warlocks jump is too slow compared to the others
-
Hunter - blade dancer. Only because you can't get any height.

1 ReplyAll I know is I love when warlocks use there jump in pvp, so easy to kill them.
-
1 ReplyI feel spoiled as a Titan who plays striker a lot. The best height combined with shoulder charge allows for some interesting map navigation that the other classes can't emulate.
-
I find Hunter so far to be the worst. I love my Warlock's glide. It has by considerable amount the longest duration and distance. You can turn it on/off during a fall to make distances others won't. It is slow, which gives a lot of control. But makes you an easy target in pvp
-
3 RepliesOnly hunters have a jump... So hunter is my answer.
-
1 ReplyTitans have the most height. Warlocks have the most distance. Hunters... I guess have control over their jumps. They definitely got the short end of the stick.
-
1 ReplyI can't stand the titan jump. So slow, so floaty, so good at causing you to take falling damage. Hunter triple jump is the best imo, closely followed by Double jump, then blink, then glide, and lift in last.
-
I don't like Titans' jump. Just not enough horizontal distance for me. I actually love Glide, but prefer Triple Jump overall.
-
Warlock or Hunter....
-
The jumps are situational - sure titans can jump the highest, but they are still slow compared to the hunters - the hunters are fast, agile, and always give you a good lift, but they have trouble making those long distance jumps without using their super - warlocks can fly - sure they are slow, and it sucks if you need to dodge anything - but they can change direction in mid air and literally cross twice the distance as the other two. A warlocks Focused burst can be used by double taping the jump button to give a short burst in what ever direction - once you get used to this warlocks become one of the most useful jumps because it can be used multiple ways - titans catapult works similar to the warlocks focused burst (when double taping), its more of a boost but you give up what makes the titans jump so good, height. Personally, my favorite will always be triple jump with blink coming in second - but honestly, I think the warlocks focused burst is probably the most diverse and therefore the most useful jump, but it all comes down to preference, skill, and what you are trying to do
-
Warlocks OFC. Titan lift is by far the best, fastest, and most versatile.... The stats don't lie

10 RepliesEdited by Moot: 3/10/2015 12:00:46 AMOh well, at least warlocks can travel the furthest and cheese the VoG jumping puzzle the easiest. <scrub mode activated> Warlock jumps take the most skill to use effectively, megs!
-
10 RepliesA Warlock gliding in PvP is the easiest free kill. It's so damn slow and predictable.
-
The warlocks float making them easy target in crucible

Fck this post! Who cares witch one is the "best"? The only thing matters is, that you can use it right.
