What's the best hard crota sword technique?

So I feel like I've mastered taking down crota the easy way (3 swords, 2 kneels each sword, and 3-4 smashes per kneel). I'm now trying to master taking him down in 2 swords. I've done it quite a few times so far, but I know my way isn't the most efficient. I do 3 kneels per sword and go for 10 total hits, then 3 (4 enrages too early), 3, and finally 2. I've gotten as many as 12+super, but it's not really smart (or necessary) in my experience. Now I'm trying to get even better. I want a 3 kneel 1st sword where he's one hit from enraging after the 3rd kneel, in a way that's not unnecessarily risky. I've seen quite a few videos about different combos that deal more damage, but no definitive answer what combo works best. Assuming I can be invis for 2 of the 3 kneels and therefore already standing right next to him when he drops, what's your opinion as to the best combo? Do you jump from mid to save time instead of going to the rocks on either side? I know there's going to be different opinions, but I'm going I can glean some kind of general consensus. Thoughts?

I use RB,RB,RT ; RB,RB,RT ; RB,RT The underlined RB is not necessary but works well just incase you start hitting too early where he was still immune. Go by feel of course. With this combo, two swords, two kneels per sword and he's dead. No need to go for three downs on the first sword at all.
