It's difficult to say as one reason you may not see a gun around is because it resides in people's vaults. To the casual observer NLB would seem to be ultra rare Red death was hardly ever around until the buff. Now they seem to be everywhere. Couple of months back icebreaker was a fine prize. Not so much now. I feel we are locked into some sort of personal loot drop table. I've had 4 hard lights but no Suros and I know friends who have the opposite. I've had 3 fatebringers drop and had no idea it was so hard for most.
