Faction legendaries that don't get sold. Very rare you'll find one with good perks.

You talking about something like my PlugOne.1 with a totally different stat roll from the one you can buy, not to mention its void damage instead of solar? Its a murderous beast. I have a number of others like that, is always neat to get them. Most of my weapons are drops, I don't know about the rarity though since I imagine its that way for most people. Well, aside from exotics. I think they have the same stats regardless (?).
